Why do we need to negate everything?!
02 July 2019 @ 09:28 pm

The reason this journal is friends only is that I lived a rough life and I don't want everyone knowing about my real life routine.

EDIT:
Much have changed since I joined LJ, but I still love House/Cuddy and always will.
I just grew to join other fandoms and turned out to be bored with certain communities and interested in some others.

If you are looking for fanvids/fanart you are looking for [info]just_the_onion.

If you want to add me leave a comment, but as of right now, I'm really bad flister and not really posting here.

In 2011, cutting_onions resolves to...
Buy new fanmixes.
Put fifty movies a month into my savings account.
Go vidding three times a week.
Tell my family about x-files.
Find a better angst.

I miss you flist *hugs everyone*.
I tried to post three times since my last post but I just ended up deleting everything. Anyway I'm still working from 9 to 6 and some days even more, unfortunately.
Work keeps pilling up in my - and everyone's - desk and I feel drained most of the time to actually post here or check out LJ.

Last month there was this Festival, called SWU. I got tickets for it because, YOU KNOW, REGINA SPEKTOR, DAVE MATTHEWS BAND AND KINGS OF LEON IN THE SAME DAY?! WANT.

It was as awesome, just as I expected it to be.
Except a little bit more awesome because as the last concert of the day (Kings of Leon) was about to start, Heineken (one of the festival's sponsors) gave 3 people VIP pass.
AND I WAS ONE OF THEM \o/

- Regina Spektor was the cutest EVER. Seriously! She is so pretty and cute and shy and I love her <3

- Dave Matthews was EPIC. SO. SO. EPIC. The festival had a very strict schedule and not one band could come back for that last song the audience asked.
BUT DAVE MATTHEWS DID.
THEY CAME BACK AND IT WAS AMAZING. The whole crowd was sing together, was one of the most amazing things I've seen and lived in my life.

- Kings of Leon. I wish I could say it was epic and brilliant, but I don't know if it was because by then we are all sore and without voice but even in the VIP area it wasn't even 10% as good as Dave Matthews.
It was good, but I expected much more :(
The best part of the show was when I was leaning in the grid closer to the stage and a woman passing between the grid and the stage and smiled to me.
Wearing red lipstick. With curly hair. REGINA SPEKTOR. GUH.
She was less then arm length of me.

Heh, video spam:

+++ )
It gives me goosebumps just re-watching those videos. So many people singing together. WANT TO GO THERE AGAIN. Or at least a DVD of this :P

Other than this epic festival, I stopped watching mostly of my shows. Even Lie to Me - I still love it with all my heart, it just needs to STOP SUCKING. UGH.

But thanks to [info]hihoplastic *points to icon* now I have other epic tv show to watch: Lost Girl. HOT WOMAN. CRACKASTIC DIALOGS, AND KENZI :P!

edit: And I'm re watching Xena. (Happy, [info]garibaldis?! <3)

I need to locate more CD covers though.
And get together a bunch of house/cuddy songs and make a mix, screencapit and post here :3
